"Good morning everyone, I would like to insert my review with the Clay Shaw State Farm insurance agency. I have been in business with Clay and their business over the amount of stars listed to compare. The level of customer service is top tier and I am thankful to be a part of this insurance family! Like many others I have had to make the call for a tow, late payments, lapsed insurance, rentals and EVERY time I called I was greeted with so much respect, and any available resources needed at the time. CLAY SHAW you have an asset there, your daughter Sarah! OMG I have called over 100 times about this vehicle who is now in critical condition and fighting to stay alive, Sarah has ALWAYS remained calm while I was amped on the call, crying, and explaining my issues, she NEVER made or displayed any responses to me that did not MAKE things better. If I have ANY concerns I have always been greeted with sincere advice in the matter. I love, LOVE, and appreciate you ALL. I called Sarah one day in tears literally because I had just paid the insurance and the durn truck suspension went out and was flopping in the back like a durn fish Chile' I'm crying telling the agent Sarah my woes, and she listened and showed empathy while still remaining professional and calm getting the resources I needed. I love them so much OMG Put it like this I know have probably caused my agents to put a cooler near by after my calls sometimes! Clay you have an awesome team there and for what it's worth YOU ALL ROCk! Shout out to Logan too awesome customer services. Sarah DEAR I will in touch soon! I look forward to speaking with you ma'am.
